When I was searching online from Vienna for a modern apartment in Cota del Sol, I came across many real estate agents. I have written them in much detail as possible about what I am looking for and in which areas of Costa del Sol. I really noticed one of the real estate agents who replyed my questions very fast and in great detail quickly. This company was, Luxsol Estate SL managed by Mr. Rishi Kishumal. I had about 50 apartments on my list. He even came to Vienna in September 2020 to discussed some of the projects with me in very detail. During our 10-day stay in October 2020 in Fuengirola and viewing many projects that the agent showed to us my wife and I finally decided for a luxurious apartment in La Cala de Mijas. In the meantime, we have acquired another 2 apartments with his help as investment properties in the surrounding area. I also recomanded him to some family members and friend of us who also invested in 4 further apartments by his help. In the meantime we have become very good friends with each other and we recommend his company and services to any investor who wants to buy a property in the Costa del Sol region in Spain.
